Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Georgi Travels, we provide private tours, airport transfers, and travel experiences across Georgia. By booking a service with us, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms below.

1. Payment Options

We offer two booking options:

• Pay Online in Full

Secure online payment via available payment methods at checkout.

• Reserve Now, Pay on Arrival

Book your tour in advance and pay in cash or by agreed payment method on the day of the service.

2. Customer Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

A. Fully Paid Online Bookings

More than 7 days before the scheduled tour:

Full refund (excluding non-refundable payment processing fees, if applicable)

Between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled tour:

50% refund

Less than 3 days before the scheduled tour:

No refund

B. Pay on Arrival Bookings

No cancellation fees apply. However, we kindly ask customers to notify us as early as possible if their plans change.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.

3. No-Shows

If a customer fails to arrive at the agreed meeting point without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued for prepaid bookings.

4. Changes to Bookings

• Date changes are subject to availability
• Requests should be made at least 24 hours before the tour start time
• We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes whenever possible
