I’m Georgi, the founder of Georgi Travels and a local guide from Georgia. My professional journey began in hospitality as a waiter at the Sheraton hotel, where I first learned the art of dedicated guest care. Following that, I spent 3 fantastic years working with Lufthansa and earned my Master’s Degree in Aviation from the Georgian Aviation University. During my teenage years, I also won the Georgian championship in Chess—a passion that taught me strategy, patience, and attention to detail early on.

Working in aviation instilled strict international safety protocols into my second nature—which is why safety first, followed closely by comfort, remains our company’s absolute top priority today.

After my time in aviation, I spent 15 years working with the United Nations, building a strong foundation in organization, reliability, and professional service. Eventually, I decided to blend my corporate background, my passion for our local culture, and my 25+ years of driving experience into creating Georgi Travels.

I personally organize and guide many of our tours to ensure every guest experiences our country in a safe, comfortable, and authentic way.

I am passionate about sharing the history and natural beauty of Georgia with every guest. My goal is to provide a friendly, professional, and informative experience, ensuring that your time with us is comfortable and unforgettable.

With over 15 years of experience exploring every corner of my country, I specialize in creating authentic journeys that go beyond the usual tourist paths. As a native speaker of both Georgian and Russian, I love connecting our guests with the local culture, hidden history, and the true spirit of Georgian hospitality.
